I need help š¢engorged
I exclusively pump I have been engorged for about 4days nothing helps Ice after pumping for 20 min but have dropped it down to 10min so I donāt empty the breast out and make it worse reverse message š what do I do?
I pump everyday every 2hrs my baby is 3month old will be 4months April 29 still eats every 2hrs about 4oz
