Toddler behavior

My 2 year old son has this weird behaviour and its abit worrying, he is very hyper all the time, ive got a feeling he might have autism and i hate having this feeling, my family this im stupid but im worrying alot, he flaps his hands often, he won't sit down on sofa to watch his cartoons, he's always moving around, he shakes his head sometimes, he does NOT listen, don't look at me when im speaking to him, am i over thinking or would u be worried as well? I have read that these can be signs of autism and then on another page that its normal behaviour for a toddler, i have health anxiety and its aither my anxiety taking over me or there is acctualy something wrong, i will be taking him doctors on Friday but i need some advice before then
