Food allergy hive?

Does this look like a hive from a food allergy? Fed my daughter shrimp 2 hours ago. This appeared on her shoulder about 50 min later. It disappeared after 45 minutes to an hour and I haven’t seen anything else.

I wasn’t sure about the one on her thigh. That appeared an hour and 10 minutes afterwards but it was really small and I couldn’t decide if it was a hive or not. The dark circle is a little scab from her shot. The spot I’m referring to is the red splotch above it.
