Pelvic vibrations

For the past seven hours, I have felt a vibration in my lower pelvic area where my outer lip and hip me, and up to my ovary area. It’s not in my stomach, it’s consistent in the same area. I know they say if you have symptoms you’ll have a BFP.

I’m still a few days away from my period so I’m more curious about the vibration than anything! 

I had a fever spike a few days after ovulation/sex .

I’ve been consistently nauseous, followed by throwing up in the morning and afternoons. Even after I eat breakfast.

So weird, has anyone else experienced this?
