Short Femur and Humerus?

Anyone have a growth ultrasound late in pregnancy (38 weeks) that showed a femur and humerus length of less than the 1st percentile and have no issues with baby? Details: I had a growth ultrasound last week at 37+1 and found out yesterday that baby girls femur length was under the 1st percentile. I was told this could just mean shes a small baby (I'm only 5ft tall and have had 3 other kiddos, none of which were big babies). I was told that RARELY it's a sign of Skeletal Dysplasia. So I went today at 38+2 to get her humeruses measured. One was under the 2nd percentile and one under the 1st percentile. I have not recieved a phone call from the doctor yet with their interpretation, just was able to see these results on my Patient portal thing. Anyone have a similar experience and had no issues? Was baby just small?
