TMI - Is this period or implantation ?

So I felt ovulation pain but didn’t get a peak reading on my digital clear blue ovulation test. Had unprotected sex 3 days before and day of. 6 days later I had light spotting then it stopped then the next day I put a pad on and this was a full days worth, then the next day I had light spotting and that’s it. The day before any bleeding, my boobs were tender and nipples are extremely sensitive, now since the bleeding has stopped 2 days ago, my boobs and nipples are still sore. Then today I felt what I could only explain as what I thought was a small pool of blood go into my undies, so I went to the bathroom but it was a pool of sticky cm.
