Negitive test

I just took a pregnancy just 5 mins ago at 5:26pm and it was negative 😭 I have no idea what’s wrong with me then. My period was supposed to show today and it hasn’t yet. I don’t feel like myself at all I feel nauseated I’m constantly hot. I’m cramping, my stomach hurts. I barely ate today because nothing is appetizing to me I have to force myself to eat. Should I just retest in the morning or do you think the negative I got is the answer that it is. I’ve been feeling like this since Wednesday. I was for certain that I was pregnant
