Please tell me this isnt happening?

So i posted a few days ago, showing what looked like positive first response tests and was advised to take a first response digital test. I took that and it showed as negative. The first pic was taken about a week ago. The second first response non digital was taken yesterday around 4pm and i drank a lot of water so thats why its so light. Im due af tomorrow. Please tell me theres still a chance and that im not losing this baby? Ive had cramps all night and this was supposed to be my rainbow baby after we lost our baby at 16 weeks in feb due to body stalk anomoly. :( x
