13 days pp no bleeding??

I delivered on 4/12. I have had red and pink bleeding since I delivered. Last night I noticed it randomly stopped when I went to the bathroom. All I have had is this light yellow/brown stuff on my pad. Is this normal?? I know the doctor said I could bleed off and on for the whole 6-12 weeks but I’m nervous because I had a postpartum hemorrhage 5-6 hours after delivering, and I’m afraid im not bleeding because the blood has all pooled together in my uterus and I’ll hemorrhage again... Should I be worried?
