Nexplanon removal TTC

Anyone else come off of Nexplanon implant TTC? This would be my first cycle I got my implant removed 04/18 and am not sure about ovulation. I’ve been testing my LH levels as well but yesterday morning I had a good amount of mucus like discharge with a tiny bit of spotting when I wiped. I always experienced slight cramping that went away but today I was cramping on my right side and my lower back is hurting as well. Could that have been implantation spotting from ovulating immediately after removal or ovulation spotting? Ps I’ve had 3 successful pregnancies and experienced implantation spotting with 2 of the 3 all full term healthy babies, HELP LEAVE COMMENTS SHARE STORIES PLEASE THANKS
