10 DPO Faint Positive?

Hello! I’m just looking for a bit of reassurance…I’ve had three second trimester miscarriages, the last in 2017. Finally decided to try again starting last December and honestly didn’t think it was going to happen. Because of my age (36) and I’m over weight. I had a chemical a couple of months ago. I’ve had two other chemicals in the past.  Still super nervous it may be a chemical…Thanks in advance for any comments!
