Ovulation maybe? Or?

Does anyone else have flank pain during ovulation. According to my glow app I’ll be ovulating tomorrow but since 4/18 last Thursday evening - a week before ovulation, I’ve been complaining of sharp left flank pain, along with, well at times since 4/18, I have a tugging in my left lower abdomen that can be sharp. Every time I get the left flank pain, It’s accompanied with nausea and sometimes I might even vomit. I thought maybe I had food poisoning from Thursday night dinner but the nausea and vomiting hasn’t stopped. I’ve never experienced this before so I’m just looking to see if anyone had this or if you guys recommend I go to urgent care?
