Does anyone know any good products to help clear this type of breakout/skin!? 😭😭 I’m so tired of researching & experimenting, it’s so overwhelming!!

I’ve never had the clearest glass skin, always a spot here & there/textured skin but now it’s starting to look so bad!! This is reaching the peak of how bad it can look & has been starting to flare up like this for a few months now once a month. Idk if it’s hormonal acne or fungal acne or just textured skin or if I need to change my makeup.. I simply don’t know !! Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated!! It mainly flares up like this on my left side from cheeks/jawline down to neck & is itchy
