Dark spots!!!!!!!

Heeeeeey, last month while on my period i got pimples on my face, countable . Some on the cheeks and some on my forehead🥲. Well i had no issue with them until they did not go away as usual...now i have darks spots on my face😔. I don't like them that much, and i'm kinda broke at the moment. I would really love help in some homemade products ideas that can fo the job . And also some beauty hacks thats you Queens use 🤲😩 for mosturizing and hydrating my skin.
