Bf told me to “f*** off”

We got into it because of something small. I left his house without saying goodbye because he was in his man cave for hours so I decided to leave ( I was in another room alone). ( ALSO, we DONT live together) on the way home he calls me and asks why I left and I told him I was alone in the room for hours so I left. He then says I’m a big girl and can handle myself and don’t need him to hold my hand every where. It humiliates and embarrasses me when he tells me that. After hours of ignoring each other, I text him later saying, hey let’s talk about our argument… I don’t want to fight with you over something so small, I’m coming over! I just want a healthy relationship….

He then proceeded to say no, respect my space. I don’t want to talk to you until your period is over. (He blames my period every time we get in a fight while I’m on my period when that’s not the case) anyways so I said really? Is that the route you want to go genuinely? And he said yeah now fuck off.

It’s so hard leaving someone you love so much when they treat you so horribly. He treats me amazing when we are happy, but when he’s mad he tells me shit like this and it embarrasses myself that I allow someone to talk to me that way. I never replied back to that text & he hasn’t texted again but I know he will once he gets over it. I just don’t know what to do once he does 😔 please don’t tell me to leave because it’s not that easy.
