Pain in hip during TWW and got BFP?? 8DPO

Has anyone experienced like an achy crampy pain in their hip/hips during their TWW and got a BFP? I’ve been having this pain since like 5 dpo. It’s not constant, just kind of like a jolt of achy pain?? It comes and goes but I’m 8dpo today and this morning it’s just been a steady ache in my left hip. I’m only asking because I ain’t never had this ache or pain before a period.. looking for hope lol but I also know it’s still too early!
