How to increase milk supply ?

I'm currently 4 months postpartum and exclusively pumping . I just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant and my milk supply has gone from 7-9oz per session to 3oz I'm barely hanging in there baby is almost more demanding than my supply

7-9oz is an oversupply. Baby needs around 1-1,5oz.pr  hour, and max 4 oz at the time. How.often.are you pumping? Have you changed the sealing membranes on your pump?.
