Spotting or implantation ?

Hey yall so I had my baby in November and she’s 5 months now. My period was regular before birth and came back in December and has been pretty regular since then. I just had my last one started on the 13th (ended the 17th). 2 days ago I was spotting and it was clear with blood streaks. Now yesterday and today I’ve been getting this on and off when I wipe. I also have been getting light cramping and some stomach pain. I’ve been getting hot flashes and vivid dreams lol. I just feel off. I’m kinda freaking out. I’m only 22 and my girl is not even half a year old yet. If you moms do have kids close in age, how was it for you ??
