Help! Not sure what to do

I just found out I’m pregnant. According to the app I am 4 weeks and 3days. I work as an auto detailer working with lots of chemicals and dirty cars. This is my first week at work after finding out. I talked to my OB and she said “you should be fine” but I’m still so scared I just bought an N95 mask and have been wearing double rubber gloves. Not to mention how labor intensive the work is I just don’t want to over do it! My OB also said to take pictures of the chemicals I’m worried about and we will talk about it at our appointment but I have 5 weeks of working in this environment… has anyone on here been through anything similar??
