Treat yourself syndrome

So after an incredible everyday of 5 am to 7pm with my 1 year old, i like to do something for myself after he sleeps just to detach a bit and feel a little human. I usually go to the gym or out for a walk even though im dead tired or order junk food even though im not hungry at all. The point is to do something, its not always bad but i feel like I’m a little obsessed with this concept. What do you do? Any healthy tips?
