Opinions plz

Any other stay at home moms get bored throughout the day? Everyone seems to be working so it makes it difficult. We are active a few days a week but not everyday plus my son has a chaffed butt right now he don’t want to be out doing anything. Idk what to do with my time when my son plays. Typically I clean or be on my phone but I want interaction with adults lol idk I kinda feel guilty but I’m not sure if I should for wanting to do some talking?
