Gestational Diabetes??

I failed my 1 hour glucose test the reference range was 85-140 (my result was 143)                                          

I did my 3 hour glucose test today and just got the results (I'm still waiting for my Dr to go over them)

My fasting draw and my 3rd draw were both within the reference ranges.. my 1st and 2nd draws were both high, my 1st draw I registered at 163 (the range was 85-140), my 2nd draw I registered at 154 (the range was 70-125)

Does this mean my Dr will diagnose me with gestational diabetes??
