Lab results

I tested for a full std pannel that included testing for hsv 1 and hsv 2 I had never tested for these before . Hsv 1 came back positive with a range of 2.99 but I’ve never had any type of sore . I can’t stop thinking about it now because how would I know if it’s orally or genital if I’ve never gotten a sore ? I got tested at another office a few months later but it seems like they just tested for hsv 2 which came back negative
