What’s going on?

So ive always get painful pimples/ cyst after sex. I’ve gotten tested for herpes and everything I can think of and my results always come back negative for any sti . Does this happen to anyone ? It’s making me insecure and uncomfortable plz help.

I’m gonna guess exterior bartholin cysts. On the labia minora that comes from moisture. Urine. Cervical mucus. Sweat etc. causes it. Warm moist compress until it comes to head might be a few days to a week or so. Drain it completely. Neosporen with pain relief and wear a thin pad so you don’t stain your underwear. Puss like and a little blood may come out. So don’t be alarmed. Keep the area clean as best as you can. If it’s exterior like where the hair is that could be from shaving or waxing like an ingrown hair. If it’s internal then you need to see a doctor.
