PP mid cycle bleeding

I’m 11 months PP so I’m aware your cycle can be wonky for at least a year and it definitely has. This will be the second time I’ve bled mid-cycle. I’ve never ever done this before having a baby. Assuming it’s connected to ovulation since I had lower back pain accompanying it. My concern is when I look it up, ovulation bleeding says 1-2 days. I’m on day 3 right now. The other cycle that it happened was maybe 5 days. So wondering if it’s something else. Does this seem of concern? Something to call the doc over? Anyone relate?
