Need help
My period is heavy for two days then the other three it’s spotting or light. This is day one and it’s not heavy no clots and hardly any blood going into the toilet . So is this because i took two ibuprofen pills within 3 hours from each other ? I used them for my cramps and i don’t have cramps anymore. It’s already 8pm and my period would have been heavy.
