Period problems help!!

So I had my period at the beginning of march and it lasted 10 days well then I had another one at the beginning of April and it was a couple days late then I finally got it and that was like 4-5 days which how my periods normally are. I got another period at the end of April and it has been going on for 13 days now and it’s pretty heavy bleeding. I’ve been on the birth control pill for about 4 years now and I’ve never had my period last this long. Should I contact my doctor? Do I not worry about it? Help please lol
