constant cramping (5+ days)

So i lay in bed writhing in pain as i write this. I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and have been cramping since last Thursday. I also had some bleeding on Thursday until Sunday and been to not only my OB but the ER AND a high risk specialist. Now i don’t know if it’s just cause every doctor i’ve seen so far is a man but EVERY doctor in the past 6 days has told me “idk why you’re in pain or why you were bleeding everything is fine.” and im just baffled. like?? They also said not to worry unless i bleed again which again… what?? I haven’t been to work in 4 days now because of the pain and i have no idea if i can even go back because no one is telling me if im good to go or not! they keep saying “well its up to you” what do you mean?? i can’t complete much if any of my household chores, hell i can’t even shower without being bent over in pain. I’m happy my daughter is alright but this cannot be normal. PLEASE tell me someone knows what’s going on :,(. Pain meds don’t do anything, the only thing that really helps is laying completely flat on my back and even then it’s like only a 75% chance it helps.
