Struggling with adjustment of 2 kids😢

Hi everyone. I have my son who will be 5 next month. I just had another baby about 3 weeks ago. I am having a hard time. I’m trying to be patient with my first born but he’s super hyperactive! Lately I have been kinda short with him because I know he does still have a hard time of understanding things. Plus I know he’s adjusting too . I just feel like I’m not doing the best being calm and having a newborn . I feel like a failure 😞
