I know it’s rare but…
I had a deli pinwheel from Walmart on Friday. This afternoon, I woke up from a nap with horrible heartburn. Later my stomach started hurting and I felt nauseous and tired. I now also have chills.
I’m terrified it might be listeria. Do I wait until morning and call my doctor or go to the ER?
