3 false positives ??

I got 3 positive tests on Wednesday and Thursday. All about the same:

On Friday I made an appointment to see my doctor for Monday for a blood draw.

I started bleeding Saturday night. I still went to my appointment yesterday, and today I got the results back, <0.6

Why would I get 3 positive, pink lines, in the time frame, if I wasn’t pregnant?? Or is it possible that I was pregnant and my levels dropped that quickly?

I feel so stupid, and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, and I feel like my doctor is going to think I’m making it up or something. I already have doctor anxiety, and seeming like the girl who cried pregnancy, doesn’t help.
