Pregnant? Or menopause?

I’m 6 days late and a negative pregnancy test.  I’m very regular 27-28 day cycle. Ive had no symptoms of menopause, could I suddenly be in menopause or is pregnancy more likely snd i just need to test again?

Those arent the only two options. Delayed ovulation is the overwhelmingly likely cause.

Periods can be late for many reason such as Stress, diet, weight change, medication, illness, change in routine, travel or exercise which can all delay ovulation

I tested 5 days After missed period it was negative and then I tested two days later and it was positive I ovulated late because I just had a birthday cycle changed

I was very late for my late period. I tested like crazy and alwaly got a negitive. I think i was around 15 days late and FINALLY got my positive.

Likely neither. Probably just ovulated later which is normal even if you're regular.
