Do you wake up

Question

My kids, hubby and myself have ALWAYS had to use the snooze button. My sister tells me she gets up the second the alarm goes off and my mom says she's never needed an alarm. I'm like "What is this superpower????". Curious how you guys get up from bed.

I set my alarm 15 minutes before my intended wake up time just so I can snooze a couple times before actually getting up. Lol my husband just gets up as soon as his alarm goes off

Yeah I have a snooze and another alarm that goes on 2 mins later otherwise I’ll fall right back to sleep and I find it harder to get up. My partner is up before the alarm even finishes tonight for the first time it’s mad

I have two alarms, one 30 mins before I actually need to be up.  I get plenty of snoozes in lol.

Unless needing to wake up crazy early to catch an airplane or something i never use an alarm - im always awake around 6. After living in an apartment building with scary thin walls i.hate the snooze function. Im always up within the first second of the alarm.

My body wakes me up after 8 hours of sleep. Doesn’t matter what time I go to bed, I will sleep for 8 hours. So normally going to bed at 10:30 PM, I’m up at 6:30 most days. Just how it’s always been for me 🤷🏼‍♀️
