Alone with baby tips?

Question

My husband is returning to work tomorrow and I’m dreading it. He’s been so helpful and our baby is only 2 weeks old. I don’t know what I’m going to do all day with her by myself and I’m already so anxious. Does anyone have any tips for what they do while alone with baby? My anxiety has been the worst it’s ever been and I’m so worried something could go wrong while I’m alone.

You're going to do great! I was nervous too when my husband went back to work (he's gone all week) but I used my moms help alot! Do you have anyone that can come over a few times a week? Use this time to do some relaxing! Chill on the couch and binge your favorite show. One thing i did with both my babies when im alone with them is i talk to them, it helped me be less lonely even if they dont understand. You've got this!

Any second you’re not caring for baby, care for YOU all the housework and everything can wait. Cuddle your baby, watch tv, read a book. Newborns sleep ALOT. Get your catnaps in and just recover. Giving birth takes a lot out of you, all you need to do is rest. 
When my first was a newborn I’d read books to him, sit outside and talk to him about any and everything, listen to music and sing along. With my second it was breastfeed then get up to give the toddler attention & switching back and forth between the two all day, no time for rest lol.
