2nd baby

When is it the right time to have another baby my son is 1yr old me and my boyfriend want another but not sure if it's the right time I'm still in college graduate April of 2015 but would like to find myself a job 1st before having another baby but then I just rather have a baby now then wait.....any suggestions on what me and my boyfriend should do.
