Enlarge liver pregnancy

Can pregnancy cause enlarged liver? I’m 2 months postpartum and apparently my liver is enlarged it’s 21.6 cm but Dr didn’t say anything about it. All my blood work is fine. I’ll get an ultrasound in 4 months to check on it.
