Bloody poops?

My girl has been on simalic 360 since she was born and we've had no problems with it. Any ideas? She is 6.5 weeks old.

Just had this happen, my daughter tested positive for cows milk protein allergy, microscopic blood present after visibly seeing blood in 2 diapers. Worth getting checked out for sure. She also didn’t show usual signs of CMPA. So I’m glad I took her just had a gut feeling something could be wrong, but it could mean nothing sometimes babies strain to poop and can have visible blood, that’s what pedi told me, but they checked for CMPA to rule it out

My first born had bloody stools and it turned out it was from a dairy and soy allergy ( which he eventually outgrew ). I’m not knowledgeable on formula — does it have dairy or soy? Maybe that could be the cause?
