Bleeding and clots at 6 weeks

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant after ivf. I have recently had sonogram at 5 weeks revealed twins. Well today I am experiencing light bleeding and some red clots...I am going in to see my RE today. I am so nervous. Any experiences or thoughts?
