help keep my piercing!

So I lost my belly button piercing with my first baby. I tried the flexible pregnancy ring but it got so irritated I took it out and hoped the hole wouldnt close...that didnt work out. After 3 babies we thought we were done and i got it repierced in March. Welp I'm pregnant again. So I'm hopeful i can make it last this time. I know the piercing isnt even 100% healed yet so this may be a total fail. But I gotta try! Any tips? I already bought the flexible rings. The pack I bought has a few different sizes so I popped the small one in now.
