I have a hard time finishing

For the past couple months I have had such a difficult time finishing. Not just when me and my S/O have sex but even when I am by myself. Before it used to be so fast and I’d get super sensitive afterwards and it was amazing. Now it takes me forever (I feel bad for my S/O because I don’t want him thinking it’s him because I really don’t think it is) and he will now finish before I do. I don’t know what changed for this to happen, am I like broken? I don’t know what I should do.

P.s we use a toy in the bedroom to help me cross the line always have, and that’s how I help myself alone. I don’t use my hand or anything. Maybe I need to stop using that all together?
