41 days late

My period had just began to become regular and with a regular timed flow.

I have done 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative.

Since Saturday I am spotting brown discharge like blood but this is so out of the normal for me. Could this be implantation spotting? I've had no period like symptoms apart from headaches but the last day or 2 my stomach is a bit upset and I'm needing the toilet more which is unusual as I'm usually constipated.
