Micarriage at 12 weeks

Went in for my 12 week ultrasound and baby measured exactly as should be actually a few days ahead but no heart beat or blood flow . I’m seriously in disbelief how this can happen. They said it must’ve just happened today or the last couple days . Two weeks ago I had blood work done and my numbers were perfect . I still feel 100% pregnant and have morning sickness . I’m getting a confirmation ultrasound in the morning and I’m holding onto so hope that it was wrong and things will be okay but I think I’m just being crazy .
