Line progression worry

I am worried this could be a chemical. Ive had 3 pregnancies (1 ectopic, 1 blighted ovum, 1 successful). I am worried this is a chemical. I know it takes 24-72 hrs for hcg to double, but they all look the same. Has anyone had something similar?
