Is this a kidney stone? 30 week pregnant.

I have no idea what this could be. I was laying down and suddenly had a super sharp feeling in my crotch. It got intense so I went to pee the pain out , figured it was just babes giving me lightning crotch and the toilet would help relieve some pressure. Well I used the toilet, wiped and felt much better. I then got in the shower and went to clean down there, and felt something really hard. I found this ??? I’m SUPER confused bc I wasn’t really in that much pain & only for few min. Figured if was kidney stone I would have been hurting a ton? I’m like… did I possibly get a rock in my pants ?? Idk ?? lol I’m concerned as to what this could be. If it is a kidney stone, does this affect babes or pregnancy at all? It’s the size of my pinky nail.
