I can’t stop myself

So I just started dating this guy, we’ve been dating for almost three months now and I think I’m in love with him but I just can’t stop being mean to him. I tease him all the time like it’s a reflex, it’s not even funny. It’s not new either, I’ve been doing it since date one and I have no idea why. I’ve only been with women before him and I used to make jokes about men all the time so it might have something to do with it, but idk. Any tips on how to stop being mean to the guy you like?
