really need advice!

currently 38+3 and had a second membrane sweep 38+1, since then, i’ve had cramping and bloody mucus, well i was woken up at 4:30am with intense period like cramps and when i went to the bathroom a big glob of bloody mucus came out and there has been bloody mucus after every wipe. i’ve already had my “bloody show” multiple times since my sweep. i’m not sure when it’s “too much” blood? i’ve been having consistent then inconsistent contractions since 4:30am. do i call? at my apt i was 2.5cm dilated and 80% effaced. i feel like i’ve been in prodromal labor for a week now, but every trip to the bathroom and seeing blood is making me question it, especially with the contractions/cramps. what do i do?!?
