Blue dye VS pink dye
Hey ladies... So I have PCOS and my periods are so out of whack that I take pregnancy test every so often when I go longer than usual. Some months I have a period every 2ish weeks that last 3-10 days. Well I started taking birth control to help with my hormones and things and prevent pregnancy before my wedding in Nov. However, truth be told, I wasn't stressing taking it like I should. So this caused me to feel like I needed to pay more attention to my body. I spotted around may 22-26 or less. I really didn't keep track because it was a very weird yellowish brown blood (sorry for the TMI) with only 1 or 2 of those days being a normal pink/red bleeding. But it was SUPER light, like mostly just when I would wipe. So fast forward, I've taken a few test now and one them showed an evap line so I didn't worry about it. But I couldn't stop myself and took another a few days later and I SWEAR it was positive and then throughout the day, faded into an evap line as well. That was last Thursday or Friday. So I waited about 2-3 days and tested again with a pink dye. It was clearly negative. My fiance wanted me to test again this morning since we made plans this weekend that included drinking, we just wanted to be safe. That was another blue dye. And the line came up almost immediately again but sadly, I can't tell on the blue dye what the line is until after the test dries a few days because it just changes so much. Does this happen a lot with the blue dyes? I've always got my true positives with blue dye (2 babies, 3 pregnancies). Like am I crazy and this is nothing or is there something showing on this blue dye and for some reason just not on a pink? I know blue is known for the indents/evaps and I try to avoid them but it's all my store at the time and it's what I had on hand. I need help! Sorry if it's hard to see clearly, I tried my best but my phone isn't fantastic 🙃🙃
