Disciplining Children!

What is your way of disciplining your children? My husband thinks that if a kid immediately talks back or yells, doesn’t finish all of their chores in a timely manner, or doesn’t speak up when spoke to, they lose any and all technological privileges for 2 weeks. I’m not on board with this. Am I in the wrong for giving a fair warning, and if it continues after that, then follow through with taking away privledges?
