I need help ! Bleeding for months

Alll my near by OBGYNs are booked up I’ve went to over 5 doctors and I have been spotting and bleeding for almost 3 and a half months. I’ve been prescribed some pills by a doctor but only felt nauseous and still have yet to stop completely bleeding. I was not on birth control at the time of bleeding start one doctor said birth control would help it still hasn’t. Been another month. Please i just need some relief i tried everything on google. This is getting expensive and ridiculous please if you have any ideas or suggestions advice anything. Please please please help me.
