Abnormal spotting!

So I am one of those people that has both PCOS and ENDO stage 4. I have continuous abnormal spotting before and after period. Ranges in color from light pink to straight up brown with clots.

It has taken a toll on my marriage/sex life specifically because my spouse does not like blood. I am not going to force my spouse to have sex with me if they do not like bleeding. But I will say that I am utterly embarrassed, frustrated, and I hate my body for it… I wear pantiliners daily. I’m just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and wondering what helped stopped the abnormal bleeding?

I hate that this is “my new normal”. Health care sucks nowadays, it takes a month to get into see any one anywhere and majority of the time the providers have left or are leaving so I keep having to tell my problems over and over and over again to someone new. And even then they tell me “it’s normal” but this doesn’t seem normal to me. I hate it! I just need help. I need to know that there are some women out there going through what I’m going through.. I need to know that I am not alone. 😪
